준비물 #1 : 백지 또는 선이 없는 연습장
마인드맵은 쉽게 말해 생각을 지도로 표현하는 것입니다. 따라서 지도이므로 기존에 익숙하던대로 종이의 위에서부터 아래로 써내려가는 방법과는 전혀 다릅니다.
그리고, 종이의 중앙으로부터 시작하여 360도 자유롭게 방향성을 가지고 생각들을 펼쳐야 하기 때문 에, 생각을 무의식적으로 제한할 수 있는 줄이 쳐진 종이보다는 아무것도 없는 백지가 좋습니다.
부담없이 사용할 수 있는 A4지를 추천하구요, 조금 더 잘 보관하고 크게 연습하려면 스케치북도 좋습니다.
또 여러사람들이 함께 마인드맵을 작성하는 경우도 있는데 그럴땐 전지처럼 큰 종이를 사용하기도 합니다.
준비물 #2 : 서너가지 색깔 이상의 색연필과 형광펜, 또는 사인펜
색깔을 사용하는 이유는 우리의 우뇌 기능 중의 하나가 바로 색상감각이기 때문에 한가지 색깔로 사용하는 것 보다 몇 배 이상 두뇌의 기억효과를 높일 수 있습니다.
물론 실제 마인드맵을 작성하기 전에 볼펜이나 연필로 미리 스케치를 하는 경우에는 굳이 상관 없겠네요
준비물 #3 : 편안한 분위기 조성과 상상력을 발휘할 마음가짐
